How do I take the wheels off so that the skateboard is completely flat?

First off. . I do not skateboard, I had not had my cousin Ahnung.Ich old skateboard, and it will rain tomorrow. I had planned to fly over, but somehow I have misplaced my board. How do I have everything from the bottom of the board?

first ur gonna a wrench and a screwdriver need a wrench to tighten to keep him on the floor of the tribes (the metal things that hold the wheels), then turn with screwdriver
