How do you grease your skateboard bearings and what kind of grease should I get?

My skateboard will not go very fast and I need to make my grass, but I do not know how and what kind of oil should be used. Help me!

use WD-40 spray the bearings and then the spinners have been kicked them down, and then repeat every month or two
